As a former New Yorker, I never had to drive let alone own a car. However, moving to Chicago in 2019, I found myself in need of a reliable mechanic, and fate led me to Sargon's auto shop conveniently located just across from the DMV. For 4 solid years now, Sargon has been an absolute lifesaver! Ladies, if you're looking for a trustworthy place to bring your car, this is it. Sargon and his team is the best in the Chicagoland area. They treat everyone with respect, especially those of us who may not be well-versed in car issues. Even during their busiest days, Sargon is a professional who takes the time to listen and understand your car troubles. Their pricing is reasonable, and their attention to detail is impressive. I am extremely fortunate to have found a mechanic who is hardworking, knowledgeable, and reliable. His customer service skills are top notch & let's not forget, Sargon's eyes are truly a sight to behold ????.

I really appreciate the mechanics at Hi Tech Auto, esp Mr Sargon’ expertise, honesty and above all just a wonderful ( and handsome:)) guy. I just had my timing belt done by Mr. Sargon, and I am very happy with the outcome. Mr. Sargon went above and beyond to get my car fixed and restored all of its functions. WARNING!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! ITS A SCAAAMMMMMMM!! SARGON IS A SCAM!!! i took my car in for a antifreeze leak, he told me its my oil filter housing and "it's so common". So I brought my car on Thursday he told me expect my car by Monday. To my surprise my car was finished the next day about noon. I come in and he makes you feel all good because he said he saved me $200 because "he got the part cheaper" well then 2 days later the engine light goes on and I go back and he says its my Knox sensor, which he says is common after replacing the oil filter housing, (not common at all). So I believe, but I'm not rich and need to save up. But it's too expensive so my husband takes my engine apart to change the Knox sensors himself and come to find out all this man, SARGON, the owner, never changed the oil filter housing, guess that's how he got the part "cheaper", but just clamped a hose and charged me $800. Oh ya and he unplugged my Knox sensor!!!! If my husband could not work on my car I would have never known. THIS MECHANIC IS A SCAMMMMMMMM. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!!
