The rooms have mold, the staff is rude, and they will kick you out over the littlest thing even if it's as simple as me raising my voice having a conversation with my mother on the phone they kicked me out because of it and they didn't even ask me if I could lower my voice. And if they would have just asked I would have politely done so and kept my volume to a minimum. But instead they kicked me out when I've never done anything wrong to these people and I was always nice to them. The manager turned her back on me when I thought she was a decent person. It's sad ??????????????????

Went to visit my aunt today and was beyond disgusted. I'm not sure if they do welfare checks on people, but they def should as it smells like death. Like straight up, like somebody died in there. There's no mistaking the smell of death...

This hotel is currently a part of VTs program that helps house people who need housing. They do have rooms available for ppl traveling, however staff is not geared to hospitality. Currently not a place I would recommend for families, white collar, or females traveling alone.

I have never been to a hotel this horrible and disgusting and I don’t think I’ll ever find one this bad again. The second we walked in the front door, the smell of cigarettes was impossible to ignore. The whole place was in disrepair and my friends and I felt uncomfortable with the people staring at us and hanging around the lobby. To get to our room, we had walked through the very long, dark, and dirty hallways up to the second floor. Dog food was everywhere, unknown stains were on every carpet, and every hall had a different bad smell. My friends and I had booked two rooms and when we walked into one, the lights flickered on and revealed an out of date, dirty, and unwelcoming hotel room. There were cigarette burns on the carpet, black mold in the tub, and signs of bed bugs on the pillows. The other room had what looked like blood stains on the bed sheets, more cigarette burns on the carpets, and what looked like throw up stains on the floor. We booked this place online in desperation after being stranded in the area and didn’t realize how bad it would be once we got there. We were literally concerned for our safety. Please never come here if you want to feel comfortable or safe on your trip.

This was probably once a posh hotel, but it has fallen to disrepair. We only stayed here because it allowed pets and we had our dog with us. Pros: The linens were clean, the mattress was fine, the bathroom was clean, but that's as much as I can say positively. Cons: The lobby and corridors smelled strongly of cigarettes, the room walls were damaged, the toilet would not stop flushing, one of the lights had a smashed bulb still in the socket, one of the outlets was pulled from the wall, we called to get new linens the second day but never received them, and one of the pillows had signs of bed bugs. The room served its purpose, but it wasn't worth the price we payed and we will not stay again.
