This place has great food, a good selection of drinks and good people. Definitely worth checking out in this 1 cow town. I also want to add that the burgers are really good.

Unexpectedly very nice small town bar! Very decent food menu Tuesday through Saturday but unfortunately nothing on tap, all bottles and cans.

Great small town pub. Met alot of local people (all very friendly) didn't get to talk the ghosts (supposedly its haunted). The food is great, drinks are worth it. Owner is a super cool fella, with a cool hand for second in charge. Will be back.

Very nice place! The new owners have spiffed it up, and seem to be good people. The Hitching Post is the quintessential farm country small town bar...good people, cold beer and edible food
