Such a shame that the food was not equal to the fresh and contemporary decor. Rather inexperienced but nevertheless very helpful staff who were doing their best albeit in a chaotic way. Service was disjointed with meat delivered to the table and then you had a walk through to the back of the restaurant for the veg etc. Lots of choice but typical of food kept warm. Not fresh ! Not the best dinning experience but horses for courses more cafe than restaurant . Then to top it we were told having booked the table 3 weeks ago we had to get off it in 90 mins. No comment on puds as we hadn’t got time..

Popped in today for the first time as we were passing had a 7yr old and a puppy which normally gives looks but we had the most warmest welcome. Drinks were great atmosphere amazing already planning our next visit later this week xx

Sunday Lunch ? no Sunday lunches available, plus half a dozen other meals not available Pleasant internal renovation, helpful member of staff. Meals we ended up with were very poor, we were told that a new chef would be starting soon, hopefully it will get better but be careful.
