If I could give zero, I would. This company has made a point to profit off of people who are in bad situations, and to personally attack the wellbeing of a small town whom made it evidently clear that they did NOT want apartments near a daycare with small children. Instead, the build apartments anyway and decide to operate as a "long term" hotel

Terrible service, terrible apartments for that price. Lesson learned never again. They rob your money

I currently rent from them trying to move bcus the price for the rooms aren’t worth it then they charge all these late fees yet been waiting a year for them to fix a wall that gets wet when it rains mind you I have asthma nd allergies smh can’t move fast enough I hate it here

I was interested in renting from this company. I've called this business over a period of 2 months at different times of the day during business hours. I have never gotten an answer. Also the voicemail always says it's full so I can not leave a message. Don't even try to call them you will never get an answer.

I rented a room at 100 evergreen St apt 2d from these people. I stayed there a total of 3 hrs watched someone of on my porch. Got robbed so I call them the day it happens and Cassidy and employee there told me I can't get none of the $1,025 I gave them. Do not rent from this place. That building is a trap house and after telling Cassidy that she hung up on me and told me I was screwed on my money
