Had several people recommend Hongs. My daughter's wedding dress needs to be altered, so we went by today. We had a wonderful experience! We will get the dress in February. We left with a great feeling!

I’ve had several things altered there for my daughter - prom dresses, bathing suit, etc. Absolutely no complaints and would recommend.

I had a very good experience with Hong's Alterations. I searched the internet, and they had the best reviews in my area. My son was attending a party and wanted his dress pants tailored to fit his slim frame. I dropped them off and was contacted a few days later to pick them up. They were perfect. My son didn't need a belt at all! I was very pleased.

Stopped by Tuesday January 2nd to get some jeans altered just to find out that the store was closed when Google said they were open. The sign on the door said it was open Monday through Friday 9-6, and Saturday 10-5. But due to the holidays it would be closed New Year’s Day and the 2nd, but would reopen Wednesday the 3rd. So I decided to come by again Thursday the 4th just to get there and see that they were closed ???? drove there twice, wasted my time and gas just for them to not be open, when Google says they were open, and the sign on the door said they would be open the 3rd. If you’re running a business you need to adjust the times you’ll be open and closed. Terrible professionalism from this company.

I must start say that the 4.5 star review was what got me to Hong's alteration. However, he was cold and rude during the greeting and consultation. I wanted my pants hemmed because they were too long, he pinned one side and initially refused to pin the other side because he stated he doesn't do that. I stated that I wanted to see it in its entirety. He finally did it which took less than 15 seconds. I should have left then but thought I would give it a chance because I needed them for work. It was Friday and he stated they would be done by next week Friday, which was a surprise because it should only take an hour. I got him to change it to Thursday. Returned 6 days later, this one pair of pants was not ready and he said come back in an hour and he would have them done because he didn't even start. Unbelievable, quoted me 6 days when he knew they could be done in an hour. I took my pants back and left. I had high hopes and ignored the bad reviews. The sad part was that I had many friends and business associates that would have used this business. Oh well, I don't patronize businesses that are rude and not appreciative of my time.
