I absolutely loved my nails a week ago, when I got them done. Loved the color, the shape, everything! A couple of days later, two of them started lifting up... Then my thumbnail began "chipping" away... Tomorrow makes a week since I got them done. So six days have passed, and I'm left with five nails still attached and half of a thumbnail. I can't go back to get them fixed, I was only visiting. I really wanted to leave a good review...I was so stoked....

Customer service is good, but the work is fast and overpriced. This is one week to the day my nail lifted and was getting caught with everything. It came off so easy felt like if I had a press on nail. Same with all my other nails. In the process of removing since they are all lifting around the nail bed.

Randomly stopped in and had Ne do my nails and she was amazing the energy was amazing deff recommend and will come back

I had booked an appointment at a nearby nail salon and that salon wasn't even open to keep my appointment! So, I called Hope Spa hoping (pun intended) they could see me immediately. And, they did! I got a basic mani and a deluxe pedi, using my own nail polish. They did a GREAT job. I'm so grateful they accepted me at the last minute. Their pedi massage chairs are also pretty awesome. Hope Spa is now going to be my regular mani-pedi place.

as a lgbtq member, i came in hesitant to get my nails done because i’m so shy and nervous being different from society, and nhi, cam, scott, did such an amazing job making me feel so welcomed and loved and nhi did my nails that were sooo cute and i absolutely love them! their so patient, warm and have great conversations when doing your nails!!! ??????i definitely recommend any of those nail techs to do your nails!!! they don’t dissapoint!! thanks nhi , scott and cam!!! ????
