Its okay! The fish and chips were good but salty. The Philly cheese steak was good. The flavor was good!

It has been YEARS since I last visited this place, and it was like stepping back in time. Nothing has changed. The fish and chips were ok. It was like visiting family, stale fries and all. The atmosphere makes up for the food.

The burger was nice & juicy; the bun was fat & the coleslaw came in a bowl, not an itty, bitty ramekin. They have a large selection of tap beers, including local breweries. I sat at the bar & had lovely conversations with several of the other patrons.

We had a great first visit! The service was excellent and the food and drinks came out fast. I’d recommend going for their American dishes over the New Mexican. That being said, the green chile is nice and hot. My favorites were the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and the onion rings. Great drinks and atmosphere too!

The service is quick, efficient and exactly what you want at a bar. The food is AMAZING, every menu item I have tried is fresh warm and plated neatly. The fish and chips is by far the best I have found in Albuqueruqe. We have a young one at home and we only get a date night every couple weeks. Horse and Angel easily became our bar of choice outweighing other popular chain places in our area. Please give this place a try!
