Very Nice Staff, if you want clean rooms, comfy beds, for a cheap price you have to try this hotel. I'm very satisfied, and will definitely come back if I have to come to Berlin the next time. The Lady at the Reception is really devoted and friendly. One of the kindest receptionist I've ever met ^^.

Was hesitant to stay here because all the bad reviews. I'm glad I did stay. My room was huge and clean . Didn't hear any noise neither from the outside or from other rooms . Maybe I just got lucky. The area is not the nicest buy you know that from the moment you see the price of the room. Lots of public transportation options close by. Great options to eat close by . Only complaint are the pillows, they are as flat as you can imagine.

This is a great budget hotel that exceeded my expectations. Large room and bathroom, very clean, kind staff, and well-connected in terms of public transit. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. As a solo traveller I was very happy staying here and will come again in the future if I'm in Berlin.
