Car got stuck in gear today whilst in Chester City Center. After going through breakdown, the scheduled time was 12.15, but Craig from Hough Green Garage came out at 11.30! The car was in a awkward position, but Craig was great and got the car back to my house in very quick time. The best part was rather than leaving straight away after recovering the car, he took a few minutes to see if he could help further and he actually managed to fix the car by getting the disconnected gear linkage back into where it should go. Please pass on my thanks to Craig as he went the extra mile!

Had Paul recover my vehicle today following on from an engine failure. He was friendly and polite and turned up within the hour. Great service!

Danny just fixed my R56 mini which cut out on me on my way to work. He managed to diagnose and fix the loose wire. This is the second time they have come out to me under my autoaid plan in about 10 years, both times have provided great service, the last time was a recovery due to a snapped spring.

They came to my rescue when I smashed my rear window, I was 40miles from home and I cannot fault their service. The driver was very courteous and respectful to 2 helpless females, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended
