I came here for tires, shocks, etc. for my motorhome. The folks here went over and beyond for me to handle my problems. I showed up an hour late for my appointment on a Friday with too much to accomplish before they closed. Kevin and Jeff quickly agreed to come in on Saturday morning (their day off) to get me back on the road! I can't say enough good things about them. THANK YOU!!!!

I had the misfortune of a blowout on my big rig yesterday. Lucky for me I was only 7 miles from this shop. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule, and I was out in less than 3 hrs with new tires, brake drums and linings......absolutely incredible service at very reasonable rates. From Stephanie at the service counter to Brandon in the shop, as well as the shop owner who also worked on my truck, it's places like this that make you never want to go to a dealership for work again. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road again!!

Don was amazing at keeping us posted on when our engine would arrive, when they got it into the engine bay and when it would be ready to pick up. The mechanic that worked on my truck was amazing as well. Highly recommend Hwy 36 Auto & Diesel.

My wife and I were traveling south on I 35 south of Bethany mid-afternoon in our diesel pusher RV when it began to overheat and we were forced to pull over and shut it down. Fortunately a state trooper came by about 5 minutes later and gave us a business card for Hwy 36 Auto and Diesel. I called and explained our issue and they dispatched a service truck to see if the matter could be resolved onsite. It was determined that the A/C compressor had seized up and the serpentine belt broke. Both would need to be replaced at their shop. The tech immediately began calling around to find the right parts and was finally able to locate one in Kansas City and one in St. Joseph. He arranged for both to be delivered to their shop the next morning. Fortunately we had friends following us in their vehicle and we were able to hop in with them and travel on to our destination in Kansas City. The tech made arrangements to have the unit towed to their shop, and the tow truck driver called me to let me know when he had hooked up the RV and then called again to let me know that they had arrived safely at the shop, the RV was inside, and they plugged it in so our fridge would stay cold. We picked up the RV the next afternoon and everything is back to normal. I'm incredibly impressed at the response from Hwy 36. They were professional and understood our need to get back on the road quickly. They understand customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing regular or emergency service.
