Worst Indian I have ever had!! No flavour, just oil and water ???????? and the onion bhajee was just deep fried slush!! Didn't even taste of onion!!! Awful

We ordered our first takeaway from here tonight. The best Saag Paneer I have ever had. Really impressed that the gentleman taking my order could speak directly to the chef. They asked for feed back which I gave. The food was very good, the only negative being that the naan was a bit tough and cold - I think it had been sitting a while, but it was a home delivery. I do encourage you to try this curry house.

Well I always like to make my own opinion on food, but I wish I had taken heed of these last 3 reviews. But I would have thought the restaurant owner would have read them and acted on them because it has not changed. It’s tasteless food, literally had to drain the oil off my chicken chilli garlic before I could eat it, even then it didn't taste of anything, the veg rogan Josh my wife had literally just tasted like veg in a tub of oil. Swerve this place!

The absolute best indian takeaway I've ever had. Since moving to the area (about a year ago) we have ordered from here around once a month, they have got every order correct, always deliver within a good amount of time and the food is delicious! Can't fault them!

Everyone needs to avoid this takeaway as this was the worst indian takeaway experience ever. Below is an email I sent with deliveroo and had no satisfactory solution from either takeaway or deliveroo. Mar 12, 2022, 21:45 GMT To whom it may concern I am writing to you to make a complaint in regards to my order with Indian Ocean and the poor attitude recieved from one of your allocated drivers working for this business this very evening . 1st off the order was made with Indian Ocean in borstal kent, today 12/03/22 at 18:00, on your site. The estimated time off arrival was due for 19:05. we waited till 19:30 before phoning up Indian Ocean to find out when our order would arrive. The gentleman on the phone apologised and said the delivery left 20 mins ago (so around 19:10) and would be with with us very soon due to how busy they were. We left this for a further 20 mins and called them up again and I spoke to a lady this time who was very rude and unhelpful and got passed onto another lady who eventually stated they would chase the driver up. I recieved a call back 5 mins later to say the lady driver would be with us in 10 mins. However she proceeded to claim my delivery address was incorrect, stating it was telling them to go to maidstone which is why this was delayed. I'm afraid I don't buy this story due to the fact I typed in my details correctly and they still arrived at the correct address at me2 as per online form that was completed myself. The driver arrived at 20:00 with our order and stated the same story as the above lady. I questioned how can this be the case when I filled my form out correctly? Also I questioned the fact they arrived to the correct address, in which her response was it wasn't her problem and tried to fob this off. The food we ordered was incomplete and was cooked to a very poor standard as detailed below. The following items were missing 4 poppadoms 1 Mint sauce 1 pilau rice The currys were very greasy and tastless, the rices we did recieved had no flavour and were of poor quality. I would very much request a full refund due to the poor service I received throughout. If unsuccessful I will escalate this further until I get the result I fully deserve. I will hold off using bad reviews online till this gets resolved on both yours and Indian Ocean website
