We ordered the Jacks Big Breakie & Macha French toast. We waited over 30 minutes for food (without being told before hand it would take that long). Once our food arrived, the hash brown was undercooked, the bacon was barely cooked (concerned I would get food poisoning I didn’t eat it) & the avocado we paid an extra $4 was only 1/4 of the avocado & that wasn’t ripe either. Honestly .. the worst big breakfast. The Macha French toast looked like a dogs breakfast & was bland. So disappointing. Other tables were also complaining about the long extended wait times as well. The wait staff didn’t care .. they simply said there are just too many people ordering food. That’s not the consumers fault, that’s a staffing issue. Hire more chefs or put less on the menu .. We will now be avoiding this cafe when we come to Penrith.

Okay place. Their salad and burger was decent, nothing different from an average salad. Drinks were just okay.

I took my sons here for morning tea. They have so many yummy looking treats in their cabinet and lots of great gluten free choices ???? We shared a GF Banana Bread and a GF Raspberry & Coconut Muffin, both were delicious. In fact, we loved them so much we went back and had them again the following day ???????????? Coffee is also really good and the staff were all friendly! The menu looks great too

Shopping centre coffee can be a bit of a worry but not here. Jack Little makes a lovely brew. Their coffee beans are by Gabriel Coffee a local Sydney roasting company. A had a flat white, it was a good size and the milk was silky smooth. Could have been a little bit hotter but I was in a rush so I'm happy with a warm coffee. There are a few gluten free treats which are well clear from the other items so cross contamination should be low. There weren't any labels but it looked like florentines, brownies, a nut slice and... Something else. I didn't get the chance to check the full menu. It would be good if the team uploaded a few photos for people to check before visiting as it's especially useful if you're coeliac or vegetarian.
