This is the best bar of all time. I love going into Jacks! You meet the best kinds of people here and the atmosphere is very chill. You’ll also get a bang for your buck here! Norman is my favorite bartender of all time!! He is hilarious and personable. Go Norman ????????’!

Bouncer was surly and nasty to our party, seemed like he was looking for a fight, even though our IDs were fine. Didn't see him check IDs of anyone else, but he had plenty of time to harass us. Avoid this place at all costs.

I remember Jack’s, when it was Jack’s Rosebar my mother worked there. I worked there for a small amount of time .best fish, sandwiches, ever! I know this because I used to make them there back in 1980. I no longer live in Pittsburgh. Haven’t been there in 25 years but Jack’s Rosebar will always be there. Thank you to whoever owns it now.

Our favorite dive bar in Pittsburgh. Cheap cold drinks, good tunes on the jukebox, and friendly vibe. Cash only smoking permitted before 8pm.
