First time taking my bike to Jacks and couldn't be pleased more. I was scheduled in at the last minute for a tire replacement & service. He went the extra mile checking and servicing multiple components to insure everything was functioning properly taking the time to thoroughly explain what was done. After being off the bike most of the year due to an injury it's nice to be back on it especially knowing it's running great and safe to ride. Thanks guys!

So I got my first bike a few days ago and took it here for its first service, from the start they where super friendly and very easy to talk to, definitely know what there doing ! Not only that but they helped me with my budget and keeped it simple . They communicated with me letting me know what was going. They even stayed late so I could pick up my bike before I went to school! I highly recommend these guys and this will be the only place I take my bike to you from here on out thank you guys appreciate you!!

I went to Jack's after having continual issues with my motorcycle that another shop where I previously lived was unable to fix. They were incredibly honest and professional. I told them what the problem was and gave them some background so they could know what to expect. They were able to fix it and it runs great now. They were honest though and told me of other potential issues they weren't able to fix at that time as they were about to go on vacation for a week and I was only in town until a day or two after they got back, not giving them the necessary time to complete all of the work they would like to. Their rates were reasonable and they were knowledgeable and really great to work with! I would definitely give them my continued business or recommend them to a friend.

Ken and Jack are the best from customer service to the actual mechanic work. I’ve been working with them for almost ten years now and they have never disappoint. They both go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone I know and I do!! I just wish they worked on autos!!!

Called about an older snowmobile that needed work. Took about 2 weeks for a call back and was told that Jack's doesn't work on snowmobiles. Word of mouth from friends are very positive and I would still recommend them. My experience sucked.
