I brought in a broken 98 rav4 to the shop with radiator problems. Thought it was going to be worst case scenario with the cost of the shop. I had called in advance about how much it would be & the outcome was exactly that! I could not be more happier. Had some body work damage that they could not do in their shop so they sent me to their recommendation. They also did a good enough job to not hurt the recommendation of Japanese Car Service. I have sent others here to the shop only because I know they will do the job & take care of what has to be done. I believe the mechanics name was Genir "with more of a H sound for the G" & the taller fellow that did not talk but also assisted with Genir. Kinda reminded me of Penn & Teller but with the shorter guy doing all the talking. The lady at the counter is also great & does her job more than exceeding my expectations for a car repair shop. She remembered my car when I came back the following day & during calls to the shop. Little stuff like that from the crew who do the repairs & those working the front counter will always make me want to prefer going to a local business. The bigger chain shops are okay but at the end of the day the higher ups have lost their touch with the everyday customer. I did not feel like I overpaid but did pay for the service I have requested. I was only told about the damage about the body work due to the fact I wanted my hood to close again & did not know the reason behind it til they told me why. Figured id share my outcome with the shop & will continue to come here when I have a Japanese car.

Japanese Car Service was awesome. It was easy to get an appointment and they looked at my daughter's car to diagnose a problem with the hatch back release in a reasonable amount of time. They did not charge a hefty diagnostic fee like the Hyundai dealership would have, or like Asian Imports was going to charge (around $200), which was really appreciated, and made it affordable for my daughter who has to watch her expenditures closely. They got the part in one day and fixed it the next, and it barely cost $100, and $60 of that was for the part. The desk lady was so nice and explained everything well, and gave us confidence that it would be fixed right the first time. We liked the service so much that I am now considering taking my own car there. Thanks for a job well done!

Very happy with their service. I was able to make a same-day appointment and my car was fixed in a few hours. They didn't try to throw in a bunch of repairs I didn't need either--- just changed my spark splugs, did an oil change, and sent me on my way. I will be taking my Altima here for future repairs.

Best car garage I’ve ever been.. Owner and the staff are friendly.. I am very satisfied with their work.. they service all the cars that we have.. it’s easy to make appointment or if in case something is acutely wrong with the car, they will do you as a walk in..
