When I had some suspension work done on my Prius he got it done in no time even when things didn't go as planned due to my car being a rust bucket from the great white salty road north. Even wrenching parts off a used car to get me back on the road when I was in a pinch. He has answered my questions honestly and been fair on price, and kept me informed all along the way.
