I went today as they have good reviews. But i regret it, i was told i dont need to book an appointment so i just drop off my kid then come back in 15 min, then she said no i have to book , was waiting for too long then when i was seated nails are everywhere on the floor, they use same equipments on many clients without sanitizing it , place dirty. I showed them what i wanted french toes with nude coat, had this awful result, the tech misshaped my nails, didnt put nude coat as i requested, didnt remove the polish on the skin. Price is good but service and environment are awful. I learned my lesson expensive service is for a reason, no more cheap nail salon for me
Went for the first time and had such a good experience, will be coming back. The girls who work there are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Julie was able to recreate the exact nails I was hoping for! I left very happy.
This place was friendly and accommodating, I walked in with no appointment and they welcomed me in anyway. Kind workers and generally fun energy!????? My rating is due to the actual quality of my manicure. I got a plain Gel polish manicure and after the first day one of the nails polish fully chipped in half. I called and told them what happened and they fixed it no charge, but only a couple days later the polish continued to crack and chip???? she told me it would last 2-3 weeks and for almost $60 after tip I was hoping for those results!! I don’t do any crazy labour work or anything that should chip away the polish. Not here to bash but just share that it was disappointing. The picture isn’t perfect but there’s cracks thru almost every nail.
I’ve been happily going to Jenny’s for years. Whatever my mood, from classic French to weird talons, the techs at Jenny’s can do it. Family owned small business. Family vibes; the salon is often filled with laughter and conversation.
I got a fill for my acrylic nails and gel polish change. This was a week later and I’m still happy! Plus the girls were friendly.
