Visited this business today for car inspection. It was raining. Car inspection completed quickly. Paid for inspection. Walked out in the rain to my car to leave. Discovered my key was not in my car. Walked back to office in the rain to get my key. Technician acted like he gave me the key when i paid and that i left it on the counter, which is not what happened. He and other white male customer were laughing in reception area about the situation. Normally, i would overlook such poor behavior. However, today i was sick and not feeling well, and this was the only time i could get my car inspected before the deadline. I won't be going back here.

Used to be good. But now, customer service is horrible. I went there and I was told to pull the car around and it’d be ten minutes. I do that and go inside. No one is at the window, so I sit down. After five minutes, a gentleman walks up to the window and suddenly there is someone there to address him. I say I was here first and the guy rudely says show me insurance. I had it ready on my phone, but before I could pull it out, he mutters something and shuts the window. Very rude. Went to kwik kar a block away and got in and out in less than ten minutes…and they put air in my tires.

The gentleman that runs this location is so friendly. I've been coming here for years...super fast and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

Dishonest! He inspected my vehicle and told me "good to go". When I tried to get my sticker, a few weeks later, they told me my vehicle failed. He never told me it failed, or why. I took it to a reputable station and it failed, but they told me why. I fixed it, and a few days later it passed. Within 2 weeks reinspection is free. I would not have had to pay for another inspection if he had told me it failed, and why. Won't be going there again.

i am so DISAPPOINTED -it looks like they may be closed and no one answers phone. As folks said , they were always fast and nice. Even when they flunked my car one year, I still came back. :-(
