Excellent experience, it felt like I was driving my vehicle off of the car lot. The repairs were done quickly, body work completed so well that you cannot tell it was ever damaged, paint looks perfect and I couldn't be happier. The staff were friendly and professional. The automated prompts were great for updates and communication. Very pleased.

With me working all kinds of hours they made it so easy for me to drop off and pickup my vehicle. They also kept me informed on the status of my repairs. They do excellent work and i would definitely use them again.

I was involved in a collision in March of 2022. A lady in a midsized SUV ran a red light and hit my 2022 Mirage on the passenger side. Geico recommended Jim Phillips Collision to get my car back to brand new…needless to say they did not do that!! I had to take it back immediately due to issues with the paint job and I also told them about a noise that was coming from the front end and the steering wheel was not centered when going straight, they had the mechanic ride with me and when we returned I was told they would put it in with the insurance and someone would call me back in a few days…after 10 months of no one ever calling back I called and spoke with Mel and she had me come in so she could see the rust spot that had began as well as document that the noise was still there. She told me she would call me back and never did! So 2 months later I call back and they get my car in to fix it. They have had it for 2 days now and I just received a call telling me that the insurance isn’t going to cover the front end noise because they don’t think it is from the accident!! They said it is a wheel bearing!! How is that not from the accident when the noise was not there until I got my car back from them??!!! I just picked my car back up from them fixing the rust spot and found out that since their mechanic didn’t hear the noise last year they never even contacted the insurance! So now the insurance isn’t going to cover it because they didn’t know about it in the first place!! I am so upset!! I wish I would have taken my car the Dewigs Body Shop!!

Jim Phillips Collision did an excellent job at restoring the body of my RAV4 after a fender bender put a nasty dent in my driver side rear end!! I’m so grateful for the excellent work!! My car is beautiful again!! Thank you so much!! I recommend their work!!

Terrible customer service. They bite off more than they can chew here. I had to be the one to reach out to them to get a status on my job and was left confused with what was going on. I almost ran out of my insurance allowance for my rental car with how long my small job took. I had a similar repair needed in the past. I will say it’s a night and day difference of service from my experience.
