I had an appointment to have an alignment done, as well as an intermediate steering shaft replacement. When scheduling the appointment, I was told they close Friday at noon. I'm a Healthcare worker. I work long hours most days. I had a break between clients and stopped in early to pay for the work that was scheduled so I could make arrangements to have the keys left in my car so I could pick it up after hours. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional with me. The work on my car hadn't been done yet. I'm a community Healthcare worker. If my car wasn't so vital for my job I would have just asked for my keys back and went elsewhere.

They sure know their stuff at this garage! I drove in with a very noisy truck and drove out with a truck as quiet as a mouse not too long afterwards! And the price was extremely reasonable. I found myself a new service garage!...thanks folks!

Okay, so I was able to book last minute due to the staff making a spot for me. They were direct and fair, honest about what was NOT needed to be done, and very affordable. I'll be taking my vehicles here going forward.
