Love this place. They soak your nails in a heated acetone bowl and take turns filing it down so you’re not soaking your nails for too long to maintain nail integrity. And I’ve been to several salons in Charlotte and their massage chairs took the knots out my back, I walked out of there feeling amazing. There’s only a few techs there at a given time but be patient and you’ll be taken care of!

Nails kept getting messed up and they did a poor job fixing them. I asked for something different and that I would pay for both. Had to go to another salon to fix it.

Great attention to detail and excellent customer service. The lady doing my nails noticed that my hands were dry and cold weather-damaged (from being a delivery driver that washes their hands very often at work) and she took extra care to lotion my hands twice (during and after my nails were being done) and offered me some moisturizing hand scrub to wash my hands with as well! I've been to so many different nail salons and this one is by far the best one I've been to. My best friend also got a new full set done by a man that works there and she loved the attention to detail as well.

I had an appointment at 5:45 pm for a pedicure I will never go back to them again they did not have the decency to call to say the were closing because they did not have a enough people & the girl who usually does my pedicure she said she was tired he said come back tomorrow I said I will never come back again that is very unprofessional
