I had breakfast at the diner. Food was ok. I noticed right away that a warm welcome was missing. In fact this place really lacks a friendly atmosphere. I see from the reviews that management has towed away unattended trucks. That explains a lot.

2 showers, towels & wash cloth if you ask. Amazing water pressure! Has your basic gas station/truck stop stuff. The diner is closed for remodeling. Parking lot is a dust bowl in the summer, a swamp when it's raining.

The restaurant isn't large but the food was excellent. Very nice workers. The parking lot is rather small but quiet enough at night.

Restaurant is closed, due to remodeling. Small parking lot that you would be better entering through the exit between scale and pumps than navigating around 4-wheelers parked and sharp turns around buildings. The Exit is clearly marked and obvious but nothing for the Truck entrance because there isn't one, just 2 narrow drives for cars. Very confusing and poorly designed. Room for about 16 trucks but tight behind building. Lots of big pot holes, typical for an independent with limited funds. Be mindful of where you park when it's raining or you'll end up stepping out into a pond. Signage is missing at T-junction. Turn LEFT and it will be up the hill on your right. I had to stop and use Google maps to find it. I mentioned the lack of signage pointing the way to which the reply was there's blue signs indicating food and gas pointing left at the T, but when you are in a TRUCK looking for a TRUCK STOP, little blue signs for cars aren't helpful when you've got a loaded 70 foot semi that's easy to get into trouble with in a world built for cars, not TRUCKS. They have a tiny C-store, Keep Trucking!

Go to the pilot flying j 8 miles up the road. Dont let them tow you. It a scam tow operation going on. No matter what. You will never meets Penny's demand or rules. And she will tow you . No matter what her employees tell you is ok. Worst ever. Showers not safe. Don't drain. Electric is all messed up. 220 hooked to 110. They will tow your truck in a heartbeat if you leave and go to Walmart. Penny is the worst ever. This place is actually worse than it was before the so called remodel. Stay away trucker don't get your truck or wife's car . Talked to store clerk made sure it was ok. Next morning I penny towed car these people are the absolute worst. Not good.
