Not sure how they can even say they have you a piece of chicken. 4 piece chicken should feed two adults but the 4 pieces we got wouldn’t fill a kid. What a disgrace. KFC should probably just close doors as they can’t even serve or be close to how they use to be. Yea everything has gone up in price but so has yours so serve chicken how you use too.

I have had a different experience every time at KFC, but my most recent time was excellent. Dylan an employee has excellent customer service. He is kind and helpful. Thank you Dylan for providing wonderful service!!!

I typically post positive reviews but this was a terrible experience. Waited in the drive thru for TWENTY FIVE minutes. We ordered 2 sandwich meals large sized. We received 2 regular sized fries that were cold and mentioned the inaccurate size and temperature issue. The employee was kind but stated they only upgraded our drinks and exchanged our fries quickly. What we got back was regular sized fries once again that were not hot either and our soft drinks were barely carbonated. The sandwich was hot and correct thankfully. Be warned if you want efficient and correct fast food

SO BAD! The attitude on the lady at the counter really made my day bad! She rolled her eyes at me, and criticized me. Their food isn’t even good, it gave me food poisoning. Never come here.

Walked in to order and stood there for 25 minutes and didn't even get to order before we walked out. Drive thru customers seemed to be the only ones that were important to staff.
