- be open, friendly and clear about your order, and they should correct any errors in your meal. We ordered two popcorn chicken poutines with our meal and they gave us 1, and 1 popcorn chicken and med. fry on the side. They corrected it after and allowed us to keep the mistake order too. Other than that, it was absolutely delicious. They even allowed me to look at their lettuce, and it was green. Because prepared to wait for 30 minutes for fresh chicken. - They have their phone on mute, so don't even try calling in to order. Half the dine-in is closed after roughly 8:30PM. No napkins - only per request. But they are very friendly and accept corrections reasonably. - Cramped space and unclean tables even when it's not busy. A container of cold sanitizer was setting outside near the fountain for drinks. Very repulsive imo. The wifi doesn't work, and they don't seem to mind that their phone is on mute.

I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders and only received 3 tenders. And I also ordered the mega individual fries and I received the single fries instead with lots of ketchup that never came with my order. This was from Uber Eats I won’t be ordering from KFC again as I got ripped off.

Had to order everything online. One order was cold by the time the next one was ready. Made a point to tell them "NOTHING SPICY" 4 sandwiches came out spicy

We ordered online but it didn't let us pick a time, or maybe we missed the option, either way it suddenly said it's going to be ready in 10 minutes. Spent 15+ minutes trying to call the store, it would ring and then click like they hung up on us. Had to cancel our order because we didn't need it so early in the day. Really awful service.

Very friendly, food was fast and fresh. Not sure what everybody else’s problem is that gave them a poor review, but as I see it, it is very good food.
