Terrible value. The 3 pieces of chicken I got were no longer than my pointer finger. It's like they made a miniature chicken meal. Volume of fries was not much either. Medium drink used for size in the photos.

I ordered 2zinger burgers combo, I especially asked employee to make it fresh. They hardly took 2-3minutes to prepare the order. When i took the first bite, chicken was hard and stale. I went back with the burgers and told them it’s not fresh. Instead of politely asking the concern, she acted rude and said it’s fresh. I told her that i usually have KFC from other locations and it taste and feel different and that it’s not. Then she handed me the fries. I said it’s the chicken burger not the fries as i mentioned in the beginning. Then she blamed me that i told fries and not chicken. Then she arrogantly gave me the chicken burger with no sorry or anything. And it took 15minutes minimum to prepare the chicken and when i tasted it was fresh and so different than the first one that you can easily tell the difference. I am really upset with the experience and especially how the lady handled the situation. I won’t come again to this location and neither i prefer anyone to come.

During my recent visit here (Apr 23rd 530pm) , I encountered several concerning incidents that I feel compelled to share. The behavior of the staff, particularly one lady that working at the front with fake lashes, left much to be desired. What truly shocked me was witnessing her interaction with a family who seemed to be struggling with English as their second language. Instead of offering patience and understanding, she spoke to them condescendingly, as if they were children, and even displayed attitudes towards them. It was disheartening to see such disrespectful behavior towards customers who were simply trying to enjoy a meal. Also, I observed her handling food in the kitchen without washing her hands after dealing with cash. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable and downright disgusting, especially in a food establishment where cleanliness should be a top priority. Overall, my experience was tarnished by the unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by the staff, particularly the lady with fake lashes. I hope that management takes swift action to address these issues and improve the quality of service at the restaurant.

My daughter and I were ill with Covid, and decided to order in. The fries tasted old, and only one meal received coleslaw. I paid $5 extra for each meal to be 'all white' meat but each meal contained 2 legs each. Legs are dark meat. When I called, voice mail answered so I left a message. No one replied. I made a complaint on the website and again no one replied except to send a coupon for free popcorn chicken. No, give me my $10 back ???? I do not recommend this location. (The delivery was quick- the only good part of the experience!)

I dunno what is happening to KFC these days. They have definitely changes their recipe and cook quality. This specific restaurant is just brutal. It's always absolutely filthy, tables are dirty, floors are dirty. The food is warm, but made sloppy. This last time I went one of the girls working was mad at the drive thru guy and they were just yelling at each other so loud. The person at the till just stares at me blankly aftery order was completed. The food took forever, and this is the second time I a row that they e somehow forgotten about my order and/or given it to someone else... They used to use the numbers on the receipts... I dunno, I'd avoid this specific one at all costs, the KFC closer to polo park is way better across the board. Maybe it's the management.
