So. KFC 18th and Richmond this is for you. ???????????? very well done. Prior to renovation, I hated going in your establishment because it was so gross, the food also seemed mediocre but I don't imagine working in a drab deteriorating place makes you care much. Today Nov 4, 2023 I had the most fantastic experience. The chicken was great, the gravy tasted right and I didn't have to feed your fries to the Ravens. Everyone working was polite and seemed happy. I will and encourage people to try KFC again if they haven't already and see for yourself. Plates are all empty. Tha k you.

The service was awesome and the building is nice and clean. The food is horrible, the chicken and gravy if taste less and they need to do something or they will lose customers. The web site is hard to get orders off too, im not sure why it’s so hard.

It was weird at first that we ordered our food, and 5 min later, it was ready. Keep in mind that we ordered a 14 pc chicken tender combo w/4 sides. That's not something you cook that fast. Anyway, we started to eat, and then I realized why it was delivered so fast, the food wasn't fresh, it was reheated. You could tell from the looks of the chicken that it wasn't crispy, and it lacked the iconic flavor of the KFC spices. The fries were bland and looked like they were cooked over an hour ago. I don't know about you, but I ordered Mac & Cheese because we couldn't order 4 fries sides (don't ask me because I'm still wondering why) And it wasn't even reheated, it was cold as if I took it out of the fridge and served it that way. I chose Crush orange to drink, and I don't know if the machine wasn't set up correctly or if some ingredients were missing, but it tasted like sparkling water, no orange flavor. So I had to go with the ol' reliable Pepsi. Before I went there, I checked the reviews people posted here to be sure, and since they were a bit old, I thought, "Maybe something's changed after a while." I couldn't be more mistaken... If anyone from KFC is reading this, I don't need to talk further on my experience shopping or have any discount coupons. Just tell your employees to cook food the moment when they receive an order and not beforehand to save time. It'll probably give you better reviews and overall better customer retention.
