The place never gets renewed/ renovated which is way past due. The food has started to go down hill for awhile with barely warm fries n chicken but the last time we ordered a bucket for a gathering, there were still 1" feathers on it!!! That did it for me. No more
To long of a wait time when it wasn't to busy. Nor were told it was gonna be 45 min. New I guess. We waited in lobby and ate in store still. Hard to find help, I understand.
What's with this KFC! First we get the coupons in the mail, then you go there to used them, then they tell us we need to order that online, then you go back home and go online then you get that they are closed !? (at 4 in the afternoon)???? What am I missing!!!!
