I didn’t catch the front counter girl’s name on Friday night, May 3, 2024, I think she could be a manager as she has been there a long time, but the service by her was fabulous. Didn’t have gravy at the time but she accommodated our order and we ended up waiting to get the gravy for a short bit. May not be a big deal to some but with so much focus on the negative, wanted to share some positive. Very pleasant! Thank you for your service, you are appreciated! ????????

Normally KFC in tillsonburg is pretty descent, but today was a huge let down. The fries were extremely soggy and the chicken was a mess. Super greasey and looked it was thrown around for superbowl. I hate writing bad reviews but this was super disappointing today Picture below is what all the chicken looked like.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. 20+ minute wait for a shared box meal. Box was a big mess and missing popcorn chicken. Went back in mentioned missing chicken got a half filled bag (coupon was used which seemed to make them stingy?)

How can your gravey price go from 5.99 to 7.99 every other week. When it is 7.99 it is terrible. Chunks of stuff in it.. Your chicken is 90 minutes or older and you say it's fresh. It is not fresh at 90 minutes old.. FRESH IS RIGHT OUT OF THE FRYER. When a customer asks for fresh food. We expect fresh. Every time. Don't lie and say it fresh. I would wait half hour for fresh if I have too. Remember customers keep your store open. Don't lie. Fresh is fresh. 90 minute old chicken is not fresh no matter how you guys look at it.

The nerve these owners have, making their workers beg customers, including at drive thru, for tips. What an abomination. Pay your workers a livable wage! Shame on you. I will never be back. I'm too ashamed to press no tip, even tho it's not my duty to pay their workers. I'd love to see the owners themselves ask me for a tip before they hand me that greasy fast food bag. Too bad they'll never get that chance.
