The food is okay. However we bought a four piece dinner and got three pieces. That is the first time it's happened. And the staff are really nice to us. We have a favorite store that we go to when we crave KFC. because the staff are nice and the restaurant is clean.

This is a very old location. Since the 1970's. Bucket is no longer lit or turning on the pole outside. Inside is dated looking and worn out. Flow at entry/exit doesn't work well. Staff is sometimes good and friendly, sometimes they have no care of speed or efficiency. But it still operates.

Staff was impolite. There were these 2 Indian girls for staff and the cashier was impatient and was giving me a attitude and I’m the middle of her cashing me out she would talk to her co worker in Indian and proceeded to laugh mockingly. The chicken was cooked on the outside but middle was still raw. This location used to be good 5 or 6 years ago but now it’s a shadow of what it used to be. Do yourself a favour and don’t go to this location.

I hadn’t ordered from this location for a while so I decided I was going to…. To say it was revolting would be an understatement. Greasy, gross chicken strips. I ordered 3 and got 2, the 2 being the size of 1 at ANY other location. They sent me the wrong size of gravy at an attempt to I guess… make up for that? The fries were saturated and dripping in oil, and I didn’t get any of the dipping sauces I ordered. Not to mention everything was ice cold by the time I got it. Nail in the coffin order, will be avoiding this location at all costs.

Went yesterday around 2:00 p.m. ordered 10 pieces, one poutine and a small coleslaw. Total was $62. The chicken was horrible, not crispy and very dry. Tasted stale. The gravy on the poutine tasted like it was burnt. Not going back
