Saw that this KFC was open 24 hours. Went through the drive through at 6:30 am. Was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait for "fresh cooked chicken". Since we didn't have to be at work this morning we decided to wait. However, after waiting 20 minutes, we drove back through the drive through and got our food. It was a 3-pc combo. The fries were old and had a rubbery old texture and the chicken was definitely not fresh. I asked the lady at the window how they can be open for breakfast if it takes 20-25 minutes for "fresh chicken" - as most people stopping at this time would most likely be on their way to work. She said there wasn't enough customers to have chicken on hand so they make it when someone shows up. I'm wondering why they bother to have a 24 hour drive through window if they don't have enough customers to keep "chicken on hand". Waiting 20-25 minutes for stale chicken and fries is ridiculous! We won't be doing that again.

So all in all failed to meat minimum customer service standards. They walked away while we where trying to pay, as we are holding money out to go continue some conversation they are having about some guy one of them went on a date with. And then when we get our food, it’s all tossed in the bag like it just went threw a blender. I truly believe they need to be permanently shut down! For years I tried to give it a chance, no hair nets, no conversation skills no one is ever polite and they make you wait a half hour to get something that takes maybe ten min to make fresh! Everyone please boycott!!! this store for the franchise sake!!! This one location just destroys any hope the franchise’s have for a future.

We have been there a few times now we would give a full ZERO for this place as that my husband called to order the exclusive offer flyer that we got in the mail. As he was ordering this woman answered the phone said that he has to come to the drive through as they do not deliver then hung up on my husband. There goes our supper for tonight... Will never go to that one until the management does something about their employees attitudes. Don't waste your time with that location.

first of all dining isnt available, so u have to order in the take out and its so cold and they take so long to take ur order and actually prepare it. why call urself fast food if the service takes 25 mins in total? Tf? And also if youre going to take thay long might as well make it a good qualitt order.

Was just charged $28 for a meal that is $23 on their website. Will never go back to this location again. Food is about as warm as the service which says something... And I bet I'll NEVER hear from management. Scam Indian ownership... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
