You’d think for the amount of money for 2 pieces of chicken meal they’d at least make sure the salads were actually full. They’ve down sized them and then not even make sure there’s enough in it

We decided to get chicken after a busy day of work, terrible. The skin was soggy and the chicken tasted like old grease ???? not edible. We didn't have high expectations but this quality is so bad, especially for $50.. Called and spoke to manager and we are getting a credit? Would rather some money back because I don't think we will ever eat it again.

Ordered the 2 piece chicken dinners. The boxes they come in are the same size they have always been, but there was very little food inside! Two tiney pieces of unrecognizable chicken and a light handful of fries. That's it. Extremely disappointing.

My husband went there to order dinner tonight Fri April 5th around 6:30 the girl told my husband that it would take 25mins to make gravy, the only dipping sauce he could have was honey mustard and another girl said to give my husband a 8piece when he paid for a 10 piece.

Horrible! Be careful ordering online. Payment was processed and went to pick up and the store was closed. Kept trying to get a refund, but the store was still closed. Called corporate several times, and they said it was issued, but I never received it. Multiple attempts to go to the store for a refund and always told to come back at a different time. This has been ongoing for 8 months, and way too much of my time. Still have not been refunded.
