Customer service was okayish The pop machine was so dirty with most Options out of order fries were over cooked and hard chicken tasted like it. Was double cooked. I have never seen a place so unclean. If I was corporate head office this franchisee would lose this place. Worst experience ever at a kfc!!!!!

My family and I have not had Kentucky fried chicken in many years. Tonight it was the worst meal I have ever eaten. The chicken was burnt, hardly any meat. The white piece was so tough I couldn't chew it. The fries were thin all 12 of them. I tried calling to speak to a manager, the young girl refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I will follow up with the manager tomorrow. 10th January 2024.

Easily the dirtiest KFC I have ever been in. Everything, and I mean everything was filthy. I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Can't imagine going back.

Never been to such a badly maintained KFC. The macaroni and potato salad sides had too much dressing and the chicken did not have flavor and did not taste fresh. The tables and floor are unclean.

New cashier was extremely friendly. But this toilet clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages. Will be contacting their head office over this it's incredibly unacceptable. Who's managing this place?
