Pleasantly surprised. I stopped here today driving through and bought the sausage, egg, & cheese burrito. It was small so you’d want to get two if that’s all you’re eating. It was super cheesy and delicious. Best breakfast burrito I’ve had in awhile. Also bought a vanilla sprinkle donut that was tasty & fresh. Staff here was super friendly. Would stop by again if I’m in the area.

Grateful that there is a good Kolache shop out here in the woods. Now we don't have to drive to Huntsville. Everything we got from the boudin to the egg, sausage and cheese biscuit was really good. Great little place and the owner was very nice. Would recommend and will be back. ????

The Kolache Sub is a hidden gem! Their kolaches and eclairs are definitely worth the drive and rank in my top three places for these delicacies. It is a small business with a big heart! Highly recommend!!!

It's a very small business and not very easy to see from the highway. But the boudin kolaches are the best ! I'd drive in there if my 18 wheeler would fit.

I ordered a dozen kolaches to bring to work and they were moldy tasting. I handed a couple out and we all agreed. I kept the ones not eaten and returned with a note and my contact info and left at the doorstep of the bakery on my way home. I have been in the food industry for 30 years and I understand these things happen which is why I wrote the note. The fact that they never contacted me was the insulting part. This is where they had the chance to keep me as a customer. Instead I will never go back to try again
