Eric and his team at KVN Auto is simply amazing. Affordable prices and super friendly customer service. I had my calipers rebuilt, spare tire holder remounted higher up, differential oil and suspension oil changed, oxygen sensor replaced and other general mechanical works. I highly would recommend this place and wayyyy better than my previous mechanic. In fact someone had referred me here in the first place. Kudos to these guys! Looking to do hitch installation and other modifications to my 4x4 here.

BAD EXPERIENCE and never come back again. I was going to repair my AC as it was not working. I went there for an inspection on the first day and they quoted a price for repairing the compressor. Then I backed on the other day for their fixing after the parts were arrived but unfortunately it was not the problem of compressor so I have to wait for their solution. At last they figured out the problem and I could get back the car but it was AFTER 11 DAYS! So the thing is they literally said they will lower the price when they were figuring out the problem as they feel sorry about my time for waiting but at last the price was GREATLY HIGHER than the quote WITHOUT ANY NOTICE BEFORE THE WORKS! My car is an old one and I understand there must be a certain extend of difficulty but I still feel bad about their services and experience. I understand there must be some unforeseeable problem as every car are difference especially old car but they should be aware of all the problems which will happen and explain to customer whenever during the inspection and that's the reason for an inspection before fixing the problem. AND they should give me a notice if the price is changed from the quote! my choice might be difference for continuing to fix or not tho I have no say after they fixed and increased the price. AND I found a scratch on the body after getting back the car. I just bought this car for 1 month and I was taking care and keep monitoring the car and I'm pretty sure there was no any scratch before the repair. I chose them at the beginning before they offered a good price but at last I regret. I seldom write any comment but I WRITE IT DOWN HERE FOR THIS MATTER AS I FEEL REALLY BAD ABOUT THEIR SERVICE AND I RECOMMEND YOU TO BE AWARE ON THIS SHOP!
