Ok so I was going here forever at 1st then there products got cheap but I had not been here in like a year and was like I would try it again. So when I came in I had polish on my toes that was 3 months old because I had a boot on my foot. But I still had polish on all my toes but on the foot that I broke. I got my toes done on the 5th of July and now my polish is buckling, one toe has had polish come off of it. At this point it was a reason I left and I definitely don’t think I’m going back.

Been going here for over a year, and have always had a good experience. I like how they shape my nails, have plenty of color options and nice staff. Tony then Brittany were the first to service me and they are wonderful!...But they stay busy so book an appointment. Fiona is really pleasant and gentle on your fingers even if you have damage, she's super sweet. Those are my picks...Love the mood polish, it's like two for one.

They need to start letting the only lady in there that can do lashes, focus on perfecting lashes. With a little more practice, she could be really good. Let the older men that don’t even do designs, do pedicures (or even better get rid of them) and the rest of the nail techs be nail techs.

I've been frequenting this business for the last 4 months for pedicures and manicures. I spend a minimum of $200 monthly. Not only do I have my services preformed monthly, but I have my adult granddaughter and spouse services done as well. My 8 year old granddaughter had a granddaughter/grandma day and had a pedicure and manicure done. In less than a week , two nails lifted. I returned yesterday to have them repaired and found there's no service after the sale. We arrived at 9:30 because she had to leave town for the memorial service of her great grandmother. They said they would repair them at no charge. Then they said I'd have to wait for the original technician to come to work or be charged. The reason for the change was because they wanted to service and get money from new customers. Despite the new customer stating that my granddaughter was here first, they insisted that she had to wait. Well a male technician took my granddaughter and intentionally burned her cuticles and told her its supposed to burn. He did a horrible job and stated he wasn't going to correct the length or the nail. It's now 10:20 and the original technician still hasn't arrived. Finally a technician who was serving another patron stopped, corrected the issues and we left at 10:40 and the original technician still hadn't arrived. NEVER again will I frequent this business and hope that anyone seeing this honest review keep in mind the importance of service after the sell. I've included a photo of the repaired nail. You can see the poor repair at the cuticle and if you can disregard quality for a faithful paying customer and a child; imagine for you're in store for. Be informed
