I can't really give input on the coffin nails I got since it was the first time I got my nails done in 3 years. I thought they looked great. But I get pedicures done every month I usually go to laveen lashes and nails but my nail girl Hanna was out of town, anyway it was one of the worst experiences it was rushed and rough and I think they use the same nail clippers, file on everyone's toes. They didn't open new utensils to use on me. I will post picture the file look old and used. Why did I not stop them ??????? but I was really worried about infection days after, especially when I felt any throb in my fat toe. I will never go here again. I should have seen the reviews. Also they could take a class on tone and etiquette help bring it up a notch.

Absolutely horrible. The male nail tech was rough when handling my hands, burned me with his drill speed way too high. Did not clean or offer to soak off any left over acrylic from my previous set until I mentioned I did not want old partial acrylic under my new set. I asked for him to just remove the extensions he put so I could go somewhere else he was even more rough after that. The manager offered to do them after but I refused after his attitude. Smh

My first visit to the Salon today. Friendly, welcoming, clean. I had a pedicure by L T nails. She did an excellent job, took her time. It was relaxing and peaceful. I'll visit again!

Don’t get your nails done with the older guy with slick back hair. He doesn't listen to what shape or color you want and just rushes and does his own thing especially if you like short nails he did a horrible job shaping them.

NEVER GOING BACK! Dear dr nails. I'm so sorry that today I chose to get my nails done and you happen to be my tech I'm not sure if you were having a bad day or if you just didn't like me the coldness if your attitude said I have gone to L&T nails several times and I have proof! they have always done a great job but today I can't believe how cold he was towards me the. After choosing my color he put the polish in such a light coat and the color doesn't even look the same I was so uncomfortable already and I'm not one for confrontation I just wanted to leave and go cry as I did running to my car trying to my husband on my phone about how bad my nails look they are done thin sharpest edges ever then he question me like I have never been to that salon before. how can you treat people this way and still have if I was him I would of be embarrassed to let me leave the salon like this and have your name on this Work. we know they won't care and won't fix it and then will just talk bad about you so you can't understand what they say I'm heartbroken I wanted a pick me up and look pretty now I have mess on my hands
