Made from scratch, authentic Northern New Mexican cuisine! Support local families who utilize quality ingredients to showcase our favorites. They sell their salsa, both red and green, in quarts because it is sooooo popular! Same goes for quarts or red and green chile ???? When you walk in your immediately transported back in time, bac into gramdmas kitchen ???? always amazing!

Had to get the menudo which was excellent. Chips and salsa tasted wonderful too. Loved the quaint environment, Mexican music playing and the staff attending to all the customers needs. Really enjoyed supporting a family owned restaurant.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. They gave me old && hard Chicharons. The beans seemed to be fine but the meat itself was disgusting! They also spilled all the posole on my burrito and it even got all in the bag too.. I’ve been to La Fiesta in the past and it was amazing now it has just gone down hill. The tortillas they don’t make them from scratch and are store bought instead. I won’t EVER order from here again. Kocina de ralfael or Charlie’s Spic and Span is the way to go! Won’t be disappointed!

Really liked the green salsa. Got the burnt tacos and they were good but alot of cheese for myself to eat four of them. Had to save two of them. Our waitress was really friendly and took care of us.

I ordered food from this place, my food was not up to the hype of the other reviews. The chicharrón was old and very very hard. When I got my food, there was more food in the bag then in the to go plate.
