Good food & great friendly service! My partner ordered torta burger —he said it was good. I ordered the fajitas with steak, chicken, and shrimp which came sizzling & quickly. The fajitas lacked flavor for my palate but everything was fresh and hot. When we left the owner said thank you —a nice friendly Mexican restaurant on Trade Street in old town Greer.

Great addition to downtown Greer! Food is the freshest and best tasting I’ve had in a long time. So nice to have side options besides rice and beans, although they are tasty here. Highly recommend the street corn and Guacamole Azteca. Drinks served cold and food hot. Also the salsa is actually spicy! Hooray!

We stopped at La Joya while we were in Greer last night, not knowing much about the restaurant. We were starving and not much was open at 9:45pm. The restaurant was almost completely empty aside from a couple people at the bar. We were greeted by our waitress and sat immediately. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere had a great vibe. The cloth tablecloths really added a classy touch. It seemed very upscale, but the prices were very fair compared to other restaurants in the area. Our food came out very quickly and everything was hot and fresh. We got the Beef Nachos, Nachos Supremos and Street Corn. Everything was amazing! The complimentary salsas placed on the table were the best I’ve ever had - So full of flavor! We will definitely be visiting again. If I could give La Joya 20 stars, I would!

Great place for great food with an awesome atmosphere. Beautiful addition to downtown Greer. It is one of our favorite places to visit, and we highly recommend eating here. Servers and staff are super friendly and welcoming. The beers are served cold and the fajitas come out hot. Our experiences are always great.
