This is frustrating. It is fairly simple to make fresh fries. We try and order from multiple small places, but sometimes it is not worth it. These fries might have been made a few hours ago and simply reheated. Fresh fries tend to soak the bag that they are served in…. And, when made fresh, they are really hot. No luck there.

This visit was not a satisfying as all the other times. My family poutine that feeds my 4 teenaged girls a good bowl full wasn't even filled past the halfway mark of the bowl.

Expensive, undercooked fries (hard in the middle, not crunchy), very little cheese in the poutine. Very bad experience. Clearly these people have 0 experience making poutines.

Last time we went the fries were stale. We called to advise. Did not complain simply called to give a heads up. Today we went and the fries were completely undercooked. It’s almost as if they either weren’t blanched or were only blanched. My 15 y/o who eats everything refused to eat them. Said it was like “eating raw potatoes” Sorry we gave a couple chances will not be going back.

went here for icecream all the time when i was a kid, childhood spot, best icecream. And the workers are always nice and are there when u need napkins has tables outside
