La Rockita has always been consistent. Family owned and operated for years. Every time I'm in town from Charlotte, I make the trip to eat here. The burritos are huge and the tortas are AMAZING!I will definitely come back when I am in town!!!!!!

This is the best place for friendly service and delicious food. Never had a bad meal or experience in 4 years scratch that... 6 years of patronage.???????????? 1-16-20 I had the Menudo today for the first time. I had kinda avoided tripe for the first 4 decades of my life... I didn't know what I was missing! Such a delicious soup. I will definitely order it again. It isn't always on the menu, it is a daily special that you get lucky enough to happen upon. If you happen upon Menudo as the special, order it. Yummy. 04-03-21 Finally! Dining in again. After watching the owners kids run havoc through the restaurant and watching her kids sitting on top the counter and tables and shoes on counters plus watching one kid get his hair buzzed right behind the counter… I’ll never eat here again.

Come hungry… the portions, and the food is amazing. The staff is always very kind and prompt. Reasonably priced.

Visiting my cousin Neil Richardson and his wife Carole. They took me there. The best tamale I have ever had and my fathers side of family was Mexican. So delicious. Carole was the owners teacher in school I'd move there for the tamales!!! Don't miss them.
