Very good breakfast. FYI: the American fries are actually French fries rather than the sliced potatoes that some restaurants carry. It makes for a nontraditional breakfast if you accidentally ordered those for your side potatoes.

Best Hometown Place Around! I love when we are coming through Lake Mills and have time to stop in.. relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, have good conversation, chat with the polite and attentive wait staff and enjoy the large portioned, scrumptious ma & pa style cookin! We're not locals.. but if we were - this would be our go-to!

It was Easter Sunday. We had reservations, but our service was very slow!!! We had one person whose food was missed completely, and she had to eat well after the rest of us, which wasn't acceptable! The food was good but could have been warmer when served.

This is a great place, but I was hoping to order online, only to find out they don't have a website. In this digital age, it's almost essential for every restaurant to have a website with an online ordering system. It's disappointing to see they haven't embraced this trend ????
