I'd give 0 stars if possible. This place is HORRIBLE and I mean horrible literally save your money and go elsewhere!! Customer service is terrible. Kim did my nails and she was so rude and unprofessional. I kindly asked her to fix my nails because I was unhappy with the result and she refused. She did a bad job shaping my nails as well as polishing when I kept telling her to fix it because it didn't look good she refused and said it was ok even when they were SO BAD. My nails were bumpy, lumpy, scratched and uneven. When I called afterwards to complain on the phone, one of the workers laughed and then blocked my number. I definitely won't be coming back.

Visited for the first time, walk-in, for a regular pedicure and shellac manicure. Great experience. Clean place. Helen was amazing. I'll definitely visit again.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Save your money and go anywhere else, there are at least 5 other nail shops less than a ten min walk or street car ride away! Customer service is awful. Kim, who probably paid people to post positive reviews here, did my nails and she was SO RUDE! Racist actually. Let's just say, I was on the phone to my Vietnamese friend during my appointment and the trash being spewed among the workers in this shop was DISGUSTING! This place should be SHUT DOWN. Without even knowing what they are saying you can tell they are trash talking you. Kim also had a horrible attitude with me for asking her to adjust my nail shape and colour. She was so rough and my nail beds and cuticles were sore for a couple of days after. Literally save your money and go elsewhere.

Not great. They completely messed up the lines. Nails look extremely unprofessional and when I asked to fix my nails Lynn, my aesthetician, refused and blamed me for picking a design I didn’t like. I was extremely polite and asked them to fix it. I don’t feel like supporting a business that blames the customers for their incompetence and inability to make straight lines.

I had an appointment moved by 30 mins. I came on time to a new appontment ( in fact 10 mins early) they made me wait 25 mins. Either they do not know how to manage time or do not respect customers time.
