We went here on a whim on our way back to Atlanta and were extremely surprised by the quality and presentation of the food. My girlfriend (chinese) loved that the deserts were not overly sweet and that the noodles were cooked authentically (which is hard to find in Atlanta). She was also exhausted from the 4 hour drive and long vacation, and eating here put a smile on her face????(worth a generous tip). I can easily recommend this place to anybody.
The food was absolutely delicious! My husband had the garlic chicken fried rice, and I had the green chicken curry. I ordered mine "hot," and it was exactly the right amount of heat that you'd expect from a Thai dish. All of the flavors balanced out perfectly, and the presentation was among the most beautiful I've seen! This is a great local spot away from the busyness of 44, and I'm so glad we found it today! We will be back regularly!
This place is on point! From the moment we walked in, so much stood out. The staff was constantly wiping down tables, the floors were clean, and everyone was friendly and inviting. So much detail went into this place. From the jazz music playing in the background to the dish presentation. Some places you go to will hide quality behind fancy spoon pushes and weird plate shapes. This place delivered not only the presentation but also the taste! We will definitely be coming back here!
Stopped here for an early dinner. We had spring rolls, wings and shu mai. They were all tasty. We had pad Kee mao, laab, and Tom yum soup all good but a little sweet instead of spicy. Still tasty...just looking for a little more kick.
August 2022 update: We again did take-out. Food was excellent although the servings appear to be a little smaller than last year. Crab Rangoon didn’t have a lot of filling. Prices seemed have gone up a little. Two entrees and an appetizer with no drinks was over $45. Still is one of our favorite area restaurants. 2022 photos have year date. August 2021 update: another great meal. We ordered takeout. The place was packed, so I’d recommend reservations or takeout. This is great Thai so I’d recommend trying something new. The descriptions are great and the staff is very courteous and helpful. I tried Chicken Pad Kra Tiam and was not disappointed. So ditch the curries and go for an entree you have trouble pronouncing!!!! May 2021 Update: We ordered take out and the food once again was excellent. Crab Rangoon were filed with a variety of ingredients. Chicken Penang Curry was flavorful. My Chicken Pra Ram, “Thai spicy” was the best I’ve had. Finally a dish spice enough to fully enjoy. Many restaurants won’t give you spicy because people return food that’s too hot for them. Spices were very well done not overwhelming, but complimented the dish. Parking is limited, but additional spaces are just down the strip mall. 2018 Review:Great Thai food, well beyond the usual curry dishes. We had an appetizer of shrimp in a blanket, I had a seafood dish called Hor-Mok Talay (I requested spicy) and my wife had pork garlic fried rice. For desert we shared sweet sticky rice. All great with exquisite flavors. Service was friendly and efficient. She was particularly patient when a table next to us didn’t know what to order. We also had beer and wine. Dining area was Thai atmosphere and a good size. If you want a meal that is truly different and will excite you taste buds, come here.
