Bought an engagement ring online through James Allen, after a year the diamond broke of the setting. John and the team at Lampone Jewelers were quick to get me a replacement (via insurance of course) within 2 weeks. Texted me with updates and let me know everything I needed to do to update my insurance. Even CANCELLED my $100 deductible! I recently brought my ring in to be resized and it needed a huge cleaning. The prices are so reasonable. Kass is very knowledgeable and you can tell she takes pride in all she does.
