Always in and out less than 20 minutes Very friendly Staff! Few months back I got my tires changed at Walmart figured they might as well do my oil too Worst mistake ever I took my car back to Lanes bc my light came back on only to find out that Walmart never changed my oil and the cap wasn’t on correctly when I called Walmart to get an explanation they said my car had an oil leak But they went ahead and changed the oil anyway lol the boys at Lanes know what they are doing! Take your chance if you go else where!

Way over priced. Got an oil change, synthetic, and it cost about $80. Can have it done at walmart for about $37. Super nice staff however, checked and topped of all fluids and checked tire pressure. Customer service is spot on.

The guy works a half a day and does not communicate with you when things are not going as planned. A $400 bill turned into $668 and then charged me $128 for a $47 part

I have never had my oil change go so quickly and smoothly. Very courteous and pleasant staff. Very reasonably priced
