I took my son in cause his pediatrician couldn’t see him right away. I was so amazed with how fast they got him in. The NP was very nice and gentle. The front staff was the sweetest and communicative with me: All staff was respectful, polite and friendly. Overall great experience.

I'm giving them a 5 star for their professionalism I hihgly recommend Dr. LUIS AGUILA the attending physician he is very nice ,friendly, respectful and amazing Doctor, Ms. Alex the nurse and Ms. Payge the front desk clerk they are very kind, approchable and professional they treated me and my daughter well. The only issue here was that they did not inform me how much will be the cost out of the pocket after i gave her my health insurance. Highly recommend this walk-in Clinic they are really awesome. We arrived around 2pm and we were done at 3:30pm.

My experience at this location was so wonderful. The facility is very clean and the front desk staff were very efficient. We only waited ten minutes before being called back. My three boys were ill and Consuelo was super nice and attentive when taking their vitals. I loved how cute the room was and how they had toys and books available for the kids to keep them entertained. Dr. Aguila was wonderful as well! His bedside manner was one of his greatest assets. The kids thought he was silly and very sweet. It made the sick visit at an urgent care not as chaotic as I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend this place. I’m happy it’s close to home, in the event my family has an emergency in the future. I will definitely recommend it to any family member in the area. There hours are also very flexible.

This is my fav Urgent care to go to !!! The initial paperwork is not long at all … the doctor I love him he is personable.. the staff ,the ladies they are very sweet girls … they try to get you to the back as soon as possible… if I don’t go to my PCP I go here

This is the best urgent care around. Dr. A is my favorite, but even the nurse practitioners that work here are amazing. He's helped my family with everything from UTIs, bronchitis, broken bones, having to remove a toenail due to infection and much more. Our family has been visiting Late Hours for close to 20 years. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go to any other urgent care.
