I bought a set of tires today. It was the best tire buying experience ever! Honest, efficient , and very reasonable prices. I would recommend them to everybody!

On 12/22/23 I my oil light kept flicking on and off as I turned. I called my regular mechanic, and he said for me to stop and get oil in my car a.s.a.p. I knew I would be driving past Latonia Tires and stopped. The younger guy with the glasses came out to talk me. Yeah, he was rude talking on his phone while asking me questions, and then asking me again because he wasn’t paying attention. When he finally did get off his phone he asked me again what the problem was but this time with an attitude and kept cutting me off. Wouldn’t let me fully answer and then ask me again why I was there. He told me that the reason why my oil light kept coming on while turning is that I had to much oil in my car. He then became nice and patient and told me that I needed an oil change right now. He told me not to pay attention to the board that said oil change was $25, that is was $35. That $25 was last years price. So I am thinking to myself if that was last years price and we are in December you had ample enough time to change the board. No he is charging me $35 because I was a woman who didn’t know any better. What he didn’t know was that I have a mechanic who did and told me to leave. That man was just trying to get me to do some thing that wasn’t necessary. I knew that I had a slow leak and was getting fixed after Christmas was already scheduled. Plus I was told that I had to drive to auto zone and get the oil for the oil change. Now my thing is if he would have been honest with me and explained to me that I didn’t have any oil and that I have a leak I would have talked options. Nope, he talked down to me like I was stupid, and was flippant and rude. I don’t know where they do that at, but if that is the way they treat people no wonder why ever time you ride past there they are just sitting around. I don’t understand how they have a good rating. When you pull on their lot you will find out for yourself. By pass them if you can. Also, side note. I took my car to O’Reillys on Madison Ave. they helped me. My car was short 2 quarts of oil. So how in the hell was I over full on oil. I watched as both of the bottles was poured into my engine and shown the stick before and after. Latonia Tires are liars and don’t care about anyone but themselves and their pockets. Leave those liars alone. Edit: Don’t take any of the reviews for any value. Look at the names, pics, and how many reviews they have MADE (mostly all made only 1). If you ask me majority of the people in the reviews knows who THEY are or were made up. Trying boost THEIR ratings to counter balance the bad real reviews. LIARS TO THE BITTER END!!!

I literally called asked if they could get me in they were getting ready to close I go to AutoZone get my brakes call them back he said yeah go ahead went there took him literally 15 minutes and both of my front brakes were done these guys freaking Rock

I’ve been bringing my cars here for years now, I don’t go anywhere else unless it’s a necessity and they are closed. Good prices, friendly employees and fast service. Definitely recommend.
