This laundromat is by far the best place to go!! Its relaxing it makes you feel like you're at home, doing your own laundry. They got a jukebox you can listen to and you can play any song you think of. They have games, snacks and their prices are great. Sarah and Allen is who I spoke with. They are the owners and they are by far the best laundromat in Billings. I definitely will be coming back. They answered every question that I needed and was gladly wanting to help me. It's very clean and tidy the washers and dryers are very clean on the inside and out just all around a very neat clean place. "I will be a come back customer I have more fun doing my laundry here then I do at my own home"!! Thank you Sarah and Allen you guys run a great Business. Attempted to was some laundry there, soap dispenser showed boxes of detergent but it just steals everyone's money and doesnt dispense anything from any slots. Same thing happened to other people there as well. Kid put money in candy machine and got ripped off too. I took my things and left. Judging by the owner's "?" reply to my review, they could obviously care less if people use their facilities so I had to edit my review to 1 star. ????

Detergent dispenser is jacked up. Took 5$ without dispensing anything. The trash isn’t kept up on, and the floors are dirty. Not my favorite place. What I saved in coming here, I lost to the detergent dispenser.
