This was my first experience with this repair shop and it has been a great one. Phil contacted me to give me a fair diagnostic overview of what was going on with my vehicle and a man of his word, he had it ready by Monday as he promised. All coming in a rate less than I expected to pay.

Phil was a real life saver for me. I live in Houston, TX and was visiting family in St. Louis. My BMW X3 kept losing coolant and one supposedly "reputable" major auto repair chain shop misdiagnosed the issue as a blown turbo. Once I received the high estimate, my niece sent me to Laurenti Automotive for a second opinion. Phil understood our predicament that we were stuck in St. Louis until the car was fixed and was able to repair it (by ordering and replacing two coolant hoses that were leaking) and got us back on the road within two days. It is so refreshing to deal with an honest mechanic with a proper diagnosis and fair pricing that literally saved me thousands compared to the first shop, or going to the BMW dealership who said they couldn't even get me in their shop for several days. This was a very good decision for us. Thanks to Phil and my niece, who recommended him. Next time you have a major issue I suggest you let Phil and his guys help you get back on the road.

I was referred to Phil by a friend and I must say that Laurenti Automotive did not disappoint! Phil was patient with all of my questions about modifications. And he even took the time to explain why I would need certain modifications over others. They were able to get me in quickly. And the work on my Jeep was completed in record time. The shop was extremely clean. And everyone there was exceptionally polite. I have 100% confidence in Phil and his team at Laurenti Automotive!

Phil and his crew have been my go to mechanics for years! Other shops will try their hardest to sell you on things that are "broken" so they can get the upcharge, not at this shop! They fix what's broken, leaking, or worn out and send you on your way! Florissant really has a gem in this shop!
